We feel so lucky that we found you in 1988 when we decided to embark on a major expansion and renovation of our home. I learned of you by word of mouth, and being a little obsessive, I checked numerous references. In spite of the glowing recommendations I heard, I never could have anticipated what a pleasure it would be to work with you, your staff and the many quality sub-contractors on your team. To be able to say that is was a pleasure to have a crew show up at 7 a.m. each morning working in almost every space inside and outside our house while five of us lived in the house throughout the renovation is saying a lot! You and your people showed up every day, on time, worked all day and cleaned up each afternoon before they went home. In spite of the challenges we faced during the project, you were able to finish on time and within budget. And fortunately, we have been able to develop and maintain a friendship through the years. It is now twelve years since you finished our project and if we have a problem, as we did last week, you graciously and promptly send someone to take care of it. After all this time, these things are not your responsibility. They are just the wear and tear of time. Yet you always make sure they get taken care of. Thank you.
