1. JEFFREY R. GLASS, Chief Executive Officer, has 34 years of full-time experience in the construction industry. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from The New York Institute of Technology. Jeffrey is the only professional builder and/or remodeler in the state with all of the following industry qualifications:
- He is one of two Graduate Master Builder (GMB) in Fairfield County and one of only four in Connecticut. This is the highest national professional certification earned from the Home Builders Institute, the educational arm of the National Association of Home Builders. This honor has been granted to only 265 builders nationally.
- He is one of seven Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) in Fairfield County. This is a national professional certification earned from the Remodelers Council of the National Association of Home Builders. This honor has been granted to only 840 remodelers nationally as of 3/05.
- He is one of three Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) in Fairfield County. This is a national professional certification from the Home Builders Institute, the educational arm of the National Association of Home Builders.
- He is one of two Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) in Fairfield County. This is a certification, obtained from the NAHB University of Housing (National Association of Home Builders), qualifying him as a specialist in home modifications for the aging-in-place.
- He is also a member of the National Association of Home Builders, the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Fairfield County, where he serves on the board of directors and the National Association of Home Builders Remodelers Council.
2. CATHY M. GLASS, President, is the Construction Concepts Corp. in-house interior designer. Cathy is also President of Construction Concepts Corp.'s sister company, Cathy Glass Interiors, at www.cathyglassinteriors.com. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Manhattanville College with a specialty in design and color. In addition, Cathy holds a certification in interior design from the New York School of Interior Design and is an Allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers.
3. TODD FORCELLINA, Vice-President/Design, has been with the Construction Concepts Corp. for 14 years. As our lead Architectural Designer, he has been instrumental in designing our many award-winning renovations. Todd has an associate's degree in architectural engineering from N.S.T.C. but, most importantly, has the seasoned field experience needed in order to create CCC's "buildable" project drawings and specifications.
4. MITRA MEHRAN, Architect, is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and has over 30 years experience in her field. Mitra's specialization in custom homes has earned her a valued design/build reputation with CCC's new home clients. Her consulting work with our company has always resulted in projects reflective of the highest degree of innovation and creativity.
