- This home office was designed and built by Construction Concepts Corp. to accommodate a private office for owner of project, three computer workstations, drafting/design area, kitchenette/blueprinting area, client waiting area, conference table and complete bathroom.
- All of the above working areas were creatively designed to work within only 675 square feet of space.
- Custom cabinetry was designed by Construction Concepts Corp. and made of mahogany with special fruitwood finish giving the office a rich, tailored look.
- Black laminate tops tie the cabinets in by using matching mahogany edge trim.
- 9' ceilings with custom crown moldings provide the office with a large, airy feeling.
- Amber halogen fixtures, suspended over drafting area, provide a dramatic lighting accent.
- Wide plank oak flooring completes the look of the office.
- All interior design by Construction Concepts Corp. including, furniture, window treatments, faux painting and accessories.

- The "Best Home Office" in Connecticut from the HOBI Awards for the year 1999.
