This guest/pool house, designed and constructed by Construction Concepts Corp., won a 1999 award for the "Best Outbuilding" in Connecticut from the HOBI Awards. These awards are sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Connecticut and are the most prestigious awards presented in Connecticut for excellence in design and construction.
In addition to the above honor, this guest/pool house also won a 2000 award from the Chrysalis Awards for the "Best Detached Outbuilding (over $100,000)" in the Northeast US. Professional Remodeler Magazine sponsors the Chrysalis Awards, which is America's premier remodeling industry publication.
